The Office of the Registrar keeps records of the scholastic work and standing of students as directed by the faculty. The Registrar’s office prepares Schedule of Classes each semester giving times and places of classes. This office conducts the registration and scheduling of students. The Registrar’s Office schedules times and rooms for final examinations. This office also issues, by permission of the student, transcripts and other student records as required by advisers and others on a “need-to-know” basis. Changes in home mailing address must first be directed to the Office of the Registrar.
Academic Progress Committee petitions for activities such as off-campus, summer, and study abroad courses, curricular and major changes, minor programs, pass/fail and audit applications are directed to the Registrar’s Office. New course and other departmental curricular proposals are submitted to the Registrar’s office. Diploma application cards are issued by the Registrar’s Office. This office coordinates all student graduation listings.

Payment of tuition or attendance at any classes shall constitute acceptance by the student of the College's rights as set forth in this paragraph.
